LGBTQIA+ Focus

As a queer woman myself, I am passionate about centering the LGBTQIA+ community in my work. In a world where the liberation of queer folk’s authenticity is under attack, I believe it creating spaces that are not just inclusive, but radically safe in action, is vital for the health and betterment of our society.

The queer experience is completely unique which is why I believe it deserves a particularly intentional space for healing. I am skilled at supporting my LGBTQIA+ clients as they navigate experiences such as anxiety, depression, transition, grief, family, sex and relationships, and identity (relational, sexual, gender, etc.).

I offer curious, welcoming, and empathetically guided exploration into the parts of yourself that are feeling most shut down.

Everything begins with understanding ourselves better. I find joy and purpose in helping others discover their internal worlds with a new sense of self compassion.

The intersections of our identities are where truth blooms into more expansion. But I also understand that holding the contrast of our identities and experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed and lost.

This is why I prioritize guidance and therapeutic interventions empower my clients to reclaim their story. When provided the safe, creative space to express our wounds created from having to keep ourselves small or boxed in, we can move into a place of emotional, energetic, and somatic sovereignty.

Your story matters. And you deserve to feel empowered by it.
